IBPS RRB Clerk Exam Pattern and Syllabus
IBPS RRB Clerk exam is conducted in two phases: a prelims exam and mains exam. The exam pattern and syllabus of these steps are mentioned below
IBPS RRB Clerk Prelims Exam Pattern
The IBPS RRB Clerk preliminary examination is conducted online and candidates are allocated total duration of 45 minutes to complete the preliminary exam. There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer.
Candidates have to qualify in each of the two tests by securing cut-off marks to be decided by IBPS. An adequate number of candidates in each category as decided by IBPS depending upon requirements will be shortlisted for the Online Main examination. This exam is qualifying in nature and marks scored will not be counted in preparing merit list.
